File specs:

Format: PNG or JPEG, sRGB color
Resolution: 300 DPI recommended (150 DPI minimum)
Full-bleed, no borders; landscape or portrait is fine. Keep faces, text, and important details away from the edges.
252-piece puzzle: send 3300 × 4200 pixels (11″ × 14″ at 300 DPI). Finished size 10.62″ × 13.62″; keep important details about 0.60″ in from each edge.
520-piece puzzle: send 4800 × 6000 pixels (16″ × 20″ at 300 DPI). Finished size 15.74″ × 19.74″; keep important details about 0.58″ in from each edge.
Tip: use a sharp photo at least that many pixels (bigger is fine).
